A famous place with lots of history. St Patrick lived in a cave before founding this lovely peaceful Monastry to help spread the word of Christianity. We had a lovely tour guide (Mary) who was able to tell us the craic. Very lovely funny Irish woman.
Dome very old head stones here. One I took a photo of 1785 and there were older ones there. I took a photo of a very old tree stump which looks like a unicorn If I m able to upload this video you may be able to spot it. We are off to an Irish Cabaret with a very good singer , comedian and a three course meal.
